Q) I have questions about my campaign, how can I contact you?
A) Your Account Managers are fully-briefed on your campaign and are eager to help, so please contact them direct. Unfortunately, Aquare customer support does not have access to your campaign files.
Q) My organic traffic graph seems to show a declining trend over the past month, why is that happening?
A) Your yearly organic traffic is affected by seasonal ups and downs like every other business. If our campaign has started in high season, it is possible you will notice a decrease in the first few months.
Q) How do I know if my campaign is performing well?
A) There are two good ways to judge campaign performance:
1. Look at the number of calls your business is receiving.
2. Look at the year on year performance graph.
If you are receiving more calls and more website traffic than before the campaign started, then that is a sign things are going well.

Q) My Year on Year performance seems to be weaker than the previous year. Is this cause for concern?
A) Yes – but ONLY if your revenue is also down. A fundamental part of SEO is about targeting – getting traffic that will convert. This is a simple quantity vs. quality concept. Last year you may have been seeing a greater quantity of traffic, but not revenue. This year, if your traffic is going down but your keywords and the revenue is going up it means you are getting better quality traffic.
Q) My keywords have been going up and down lately, is this cause for concern?
A) No, Google updates their algorithm over 400 times per year. Your competitors are also actively trying to get on the first page. Seeing minor shifts over a 30-day period is completely normal and does not signal any potential issue with your campaign.
Q) Why have you chosen these particular metrics in the performance tab?
A) Website and search metrics can be extensive. However, rather than stuffing the screen with dozens of stats, we have chosen to show only the specific metrics directly influenced by the campaign. This way our clients can easily judge what they are getting for their monthly retainer.
Q) How can I provide feedback and suggestions on how to improve your client management system?
A) Please pass your suggestions onto your account managers – they have direct access to our internal feedback system. Rest assured it will be seen by our technical team and action taken as soon as possible. We love feedback be it positive or negative!
